We also designed and implemented an Employee Opinion Survey. Re-engineering

For Pacific Star Communications we worked with senior management to implement pertinent management systems to fulfil expected consumer needs. Followed up with the introduction of team-building, individual management performance improvement, and client assessment and feedback surveys to instigate the systems. The project incorporated assessments and evaluations of key senior management, and assisting in an advisory capacity on the acquisition of senior people.
